My work with

lifestyle & beauty

blogger Kellie Nee!

Since July 2018 when I officially began my photography business, I have had the pleasure to work with so many lovely people, including this amazing lady Kellie Nee! Kellie contacted me a couple of months back asking me to shoot some portraits for the relaunch of her beauty and lifestyle blog, so we set a date and chose a perfect location for the style Kellie had in mind. After our October session Kellie has since asked to book me on a monthly basis to shoot lifestyle images for her blog, and I couldn’t be more excited! Here are a few favourites from our October, November and December sessions.

October

We chose Skipwith Common, a local woodland area that has so many unique and fun areas. Our first shoot was in October, Skipwith was full of autumnal colours and we timed it perfectly for the sunset! Since our session I have had a number of clients asking for portrait photos around Skipwith after seeing the photos Kellie and I created which is great! Skipwith Common is definitely on my local location list! You can view more images and read Kellies blog relaunch here! http://www.kellienee.com/2018/10/im-backand-feeling-more-motivated-than.html

November

From nature to urban. After our natural environment session, we wanted to have Novembers somewhere a little bit different. We decided to go for a street styled shoot in the city. Most of my client based work is in a natural setting, so this shoot felt fresh as we walked down the cobbled streets of York and up towards York Art Gallery. Here are a selection of images From November, you can see more from this session on Kellies blog here! http://www.kellienee.com/2018/12/do-i-regret-not-going-to-university.html

December

A planned shoot at Ask Italian and some fun and spontaneous images in Dyls! Yorks Ask Italian building is so beautiful, Kellie and I were given the opportunity to shoot at Ask early doors, before the place was open to public,  giving us access to the full area, so we decided to do something a little bit creative! Dyls is the small cafe on the River Ouse on Skeldergate Bridge. One of the cutest cafes, my favourite in York by far!

Dyls, the cute & quirky cafe!

I can’t wait for more fun and creative sessions we have coming up in 2019! If you’re reading this and are interested in having some creative and relaxed portraits done, get in touch here to find out more information, or take a look at my packages!
